DOES Golden Oriental HAVE FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we have free regular shipping to anywhere in the world on all orders over 5kg. Tracking Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your tea.

Every country has different customs and duty rates. Customers from US, China and Thailand duty free , another country You'll have to pay the duty (if any) for your Golden Oriental tea
Return & Exchange Policy
Golden Oriental offers a full refund on any product that is returned to us in its original unopened packaging.
Customer must notify Golden Oriental within 21 days after receiving the product, providing a clearly stated reason for requesting a refund.
Customer should first notify Golden Oriental via email at with a request for a refund on the product to be returned. Upon receiving a reply from Golden Oriental, customer can return the product to our company at US, China or Thailan at their convenience and at their own cost.
Upon receiving the returned product in its original, unopened packaging. Golden Oriental will immediately provide a full refund on the returned product through the same form of payment used.
